The information below should help answer some of the questions that might arise when placing an order with our company.

Order Status

We are always keeping our database up-to-date with the progress of your order. You can always go to our Order Status page, enter your e-mail address and order number, and check online. The system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for online enquiries. If you would rather check your order status with a person, you can do so during normal business hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern time) by calling us at 1 (800) 233-7929. Please have your order number on hand.

If you are looking at your Order Status page, there are three progress codes that we use. They are defined as follows:

New	Your order has been entered into our system, but not yet downloaded
Processing	Your order is being assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipping
Shipped	Your order is on its way

A company is only as good as its guarantee. We fully guarantee everything we sell in both material and workmanship. Upon receipt, carefully inspect your equipment and if, for any reason, it does not meet your expectations, fill out the return form enclosed with your order in its entirety and return immediately for a full refund or exchange of merchandise (see terms below).

Note: if you receive a package from us that looks to have been damaged during shipment please contact our offices before opening the package. A claim will need to be processed with the shipping company.

Returns

In your package you will receive a return form. Just fill out and return the unwanted or damaged merchandise. Returned items should be unused, unabused, and unaltered. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please pack up any return carefully and send back, insured, via UPS or US Postal Service. YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE SAFE RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We cannot accept returns sent COD, and original shipping charges are not refundable. For credit card orders, a credit will appear on the next month’s statement.

Prices

We will make every effort to maintain prices on this site and in our current catalog. However prices may need to be changed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is Prompt

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped out as soon as possible. During our slow season, tentatively Nov. – January we are fully caught up and so your order should ship out the following business day from when you placed your order. Any order placed over the weekend will be entered into our system on Monday. Any delay in shipment lasting longer than one day will be posted on our site.

Shipping and Processing Charges

All our online merchandise is shipped via UPS ground, regardless of size or weight of merchandise. Please indicate at check out if you would prefer to have the shipment sent by US Postal Service. Please note that certain heavy items like large orders of woodenware and containers cannot be computed properly by our on-line site and therefore will need to be called in to our offices. We have tried our best to make sure that the online site coincides with our office shipping software. Please be advised that there may be a difference of as much as $5.00 from what you are quoted online and from what you will ultimately be charged. If there is a considerable difference a representative from Brushy Mtn. Bee Farm will contact you. If during this process you are uncomfortable with the shipping charges the site is giving please feel free to print your shipping basket and contact our offices at 1-800-233-7929. Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M till 5:00 P.M EST.

UPS increases their cost every year on some aspect of shipping. We have no choice but to pass these charges on to you. Sometimes we do not know how charges will be incurred until the items are packed, measured and weighed. We make every effort not to charge you unnecessarily on any shipment that leaves here. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. Unfortunately they are not as yet available online. You must call 1-800-233-7929 to purchase one.
